摘  要:为了更好地确定海蓬子秸秆人造板的制造工艺,参照国家标准对海蓬子秸秆碎料的酸碱性进行了研究,同时利用Motic Images Plus 2.0图像处理系统对海蓬子秸秆的纤维形态进行了分析。结果表明,海蓬子去皮秸秆碎料和带皮秸秆碎料的pH值分别为6.62和6.57,偏中性。酸缓冲容量分别为12.5 ml和39.0 ml,碱缓冲容量分别为19.5 ml和80.0 ml,缓冲容量分别为32.0 ml和119.0 ml。海蓬子秸秆主干木质部的平均纤维长度为0.445 mm,平均宽度11.771μm,平均腔宽为6.502μm,平均壁厚2.634μm,平均长宽比为25.370,壁腔比为0.780。海蓬子秸秆纤维特性与部分阔叶材纤维接近。To establish a better manufacture process for making Salicornia stalk based board,the pH、acid-alkali buffering capacity and fiber dimension of the Salicornia stalk were examined according to Chinese National Standard.The results showed the pH,acid and alkali buffering capacity of the pure stalks and the stalks without skin were 6.62,6.57,12.5 ml,39.0 ml,19.5 ml and 80.0 ml,respectively.In the mean time,the acid-alkali buffering,the results of the pure stalks and the stalks without skin was tested to be 32.0 ml and 119.0 ml.What's more,the fiber diminsion of the trunk xylem of Salicornia stalk was studied,and the average fiber length was 0.445 mm;average width was 11.771 μm;the average cavity width was 6.502 mm;the average wall thickness was 2.634 μm;and the average aspect ratio was 25.370;wall cavity ratio was 0.780.In all,the fiber of the stalk was similar to some soft wood.
