兴安落叶松汽蒸脱脂工艺

摘　　要：在温度为90℃和100℃条件下,对兴安落叶松厚、薄板材分别进行汽蒸脱脂处理。研究表明:处理温度为90℃,对兴安落叶松薄板材汽蒸处理1 h、3 h和5 h后,其脱脂率分别为4.64%、14.57%和15.89%,处理温度为100℃时,其脱脂率最高达到了17.88%,且汽蒸处理3 h和5 h的脱脂率差异不大;对兴安落叶松厚板材进行的脱脂处理发现其与薄板相似,但相对于薄板来说,厚板的脱脂较为困难。The steaming deresination of the Larix gmelini thick and thin board at 90℃ and 100℃ were studied.This result showed that when the thin boards were treated in 1,3 and 5 h at 90℃,the values of the rate of deresination were 4.64%,14.57% and 15.89% respectively.The maximum value of the rate of deresination was 17.88% at 100℃,and the difference of deresination was not obvious with 3 h and 5 h treatment.The thick boards were also investigated,the study showed that the variation was the same as thin board and the deresination of thick boards was difficult than thin boards.
