摘　　要：区域协同医疗服务新模式是以现代服务理念为指导,建立在广义的电子病历基础上的一种新型的、和谐的医疗卫生服务模式。从分析传统医疗模式弊端入手,从国际区域协同医疗新模式动态、区域协同医疗新模式的实践、需要解决的主要技术难点以及区域协同新模式的重要作用等方面进行探讨,认为区域协同医疗新模式收集、交换与居民有关的电子健康记录,可以实现各相关医疗卫生机构间业务协作以及跨行业之间的业务协同,并以居民为中心,解决传统就诊弊端,从而为患者、医务工作人员、医疗卫生机构、卫生行政管理部门及第三方服务机构提供多样化的智能服务。The collaborative regional healthcare system is a modern healthcare concept based on the establishment of an electronic healthcare record system in a broad sense and harmonious healthcare service model. It records the demographic information of residents in the region. It receives and communicates the healthcare information with other electronic health record （EMR） systems about residents. This system enables close collaboration between healthcare organizations under same or different administrations. It is a resident （ patient } centric electronic healthcare record system. It breaks organizational and communication barriers that existed in the traditional healthcare system. Residents （patients）, clinicians, healthcare providers, health administrative departments and third - party providers will all benefit from its versatile and intelligent services.
