摘　　要：通过对血液管理实践的总结,探讨了保障临床用血安全的方法。提出通过健全管理组织、完善管理制度、强化质量控制、加强监督检查等,可有效防止血源性疾病的传播,进而确保献血者和用血者的健康与生命安全。Through analysis and summary of blood management, the paper discussed the methods to ensure the blood quality and safe clinical uses of blood. Through the measures, such as well management organization, the perfect management system, strengthening quality control, enhancement of surveillance inspection, the infection of blood transmitted diseases can be prevented effectively to ensure the safety of blood for donors and users.
