摘　　要：以运输投资项目决策问题为背景，建立了具有模糊系数的运输投资问题的多目标线性０１规划ＦＴＩＭＯＬＰ数学模型，运用模糊集合理论，将ＦＴＩＭＯＬＰ问题转化为求解目标函数值相对于决策者理想值的最大满意度水平问题，并给出了求解的算法步骤，为运输投资决策提供了基础。The transportation system is a complicated economic system, and a transportation investment is a multiobjective decision making problem. In this paper, based on the transportation investment decision making problem, a multiobjective 0 1 programming FTIMOLP mathematical model for a transportation investment problem with fuzzy coefficient is established. Using the fuzzy set theory, the FTIMOLP problem is converted into the solution of the maximal satisfaction level of objective function values relative to the ideal values of decision maker, with the algorithm steps presented. It supplies a basis for transportation investment decision making.
