摘　　要：继"生物化学技术1"之后,为学生开设了以综合型和研究型实验为主的"生物化学技术2",构建了生物化学实验体系,注重培养学生的综合创新能力。从实验内容选择、教学方式改革、教学效果、存在问题及解决方法等方面,介绍了"生物化学技术2"教学实践的一些体会。To cultivate the integrating and innovation ability of the students,the experimental course of biochemistry technology 2 was carried out,in which most of the experiments were integrating and innovative,and the biochemical experiment system was established after the biochemistry technology 1.The experiences of teaching in ＂Biochemistry technology 2＂ were introduced in this paper,the contents involved the experiment items,teaching methods,teaching efficacy,problems and methods.
