摘　　要：目的总结外科护理临床带教培训模式的应用效果,探讨改进培训的方法。方法通过实践建立外科临床带教老师有效的培训模式:(1)确立培训目标,(2)规范培训程序,(3)选择培训方法,(4)设置培训课程,(5)制定严密的考核方案。结果用2年时间对河北大学附属医院30名外科护理临床带教老师进行分批培训。95%的培训对象认为培训非常必要,收获很大。82%的培训对象对教学内容和教学安排均感满意。结论外科护理临床带教老师的培训方法,对培养高素质、高水平的临床带教老师有深远意义。科学实用的临床带教培训模式有待于进一步探讨。Objective To summarize the application effect of clinical nurse about training model to improve training level.Methods Effective training modes were established in clinical teachers in surgical practice：（1） establish the training objectives,（2） set training procedures,（3） choose training methods,（4） set up the training courses,（5） develop rigorous assessment program.Results 30 clinical teachers in surgical care were trained in batches in 2 years.95% of the trainees told us that the training was very necessary and very effective.82% of trainees was satisfied to teaching content and arrangements.Conclusion It is very important on the training high-quality,high level of clinical teachers to establish the hospital surgical nursing and clinical training methods,scientific and practical training in clinical teaching models need to be further explored.
