长白白眉蝮蛇蛇毒类凝血酶制品的生化分析

摘　　要：对长白白眉蝮蛇蛇毒类凝血酶的理化及酶学性质进行系统研究． 结果表明， 该酶为一分子量为３８ ０００， 等电点为４５０ 并对温度有很高稳定性的糖蛋白， 该酶的最适ｐ Ｈ 值为８０，其活力可被 Ｄ Ｆ Ｐ 和 Ｐ Ｍ Ｓ Ｆ抑制．The physical, chemical and enzymatic characters of the thrombin like enzyme from the venom of agkistrodon halys ussuriensis emilianov were studied The results show that the enzyme is a glycoprotein ( M W=38 000, p I =4 50) with a pyrolytic stability Its optimum pH value is 8 0 Its activity can be inhibited by DFP and PMSF
