小切口非超乳白内障手术708例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨民政残联组织到边远农村基层医院开展小切口非超乳白内障手术的方法与效果。方法采用非超乳巩膜隧道小切口白内障囊外摘除后房型人工晶体植入术。结果大大提高了工作效率和手术效果,取得良好的社会效益。本组患者708例(708眼),人工晶体植入率100%,脱肓率99.29%。结论在基层医院完全可以开展规模化白内障手术,就近解除患者的痛苦,让盲人重见光明。Objective To explore the forms,the methods and the effects of the operations for cataract at basic hospitals in outlying countryside.Method Specially appointing the doctors to be in charge of the process of operation,adopting the method of SICS.Result Greatly increased the working efficiency and effect of operations,and resulted in the favorable social influences and benefits.Herein on total the patients amount to 708 samples（708 eyes）in this group,and the rate of the implantation of artificial crystalloids is up to 100%,the rate of coming off blind is up to 99.29%.Conclusion The implementation of the operations for the cataract at basic hospitals in outlying countryside is fully feasible,which could relief the sufferings of the patients locally,and make the blind men recover and see the bright.
