摘　　要：《经济法基础》是一门经济类专业性很强的学科,为了学生更好地掌握本门课程,对本门课程的知识点做到信手拈来,我在多年的教学中不断地摸索,总结出以考试大纲为指导、现代化教学手段的运用、视频教学法、图示法、图表法、案例教学法、牵线法、习题演练法等八种教学手段与教学方法。＂Economic Law＂ is an economic class of highly professional disciplines.For students to better grasp this course and master proficiently knowledge points,I continuously grope in practical teaching,and sum up eight teaching means and methods,taking exam outline as guidance,applying modern teaching means,the teaching method of the video,graphical method,chart,case teaching method,pulling wire method,drilling with exercises.
