灵芝菌丝体液体发酵培养产灵芝多糖的动态研究

摘　　要：对灵芝（Ｇａｎｏｄｅｒｍａｌｕｃｉｄｕｍ）摇瓶发酵培养产灵芝多糖的过程进行了研究．通过研究发酵过程中ｐＨ，总糖、还原糖、氨基酸态氮等的变化。It was reported that the kinetic process concerning polysaccharide produced by Ganoderma lucidum was studied in the theic.Through studing on the change of pH,total sugar,residual sugar and Amino N in the process of liquid fermentation,the superior conditions of liquid fermentation culture of the polysaccharide produced by Ganoderma lucidum was defined initially.
