摘　　要：2008年6月浙江省台州市发生一起生食溪蟹引起的急性肺吸虫病暴发事件。16例患者有生食醉蟹史,罹患率为87.5%,平均潜伏期5 d,临床特征以腹胀、腹泻、外周血白细胞总数和嗜酸性细胞百分比明显增高为主。An outbreak of acute paragonimiasis occurred in June 2008,Taizhou,which was caused by eating uncooked drunk crabs.Among all patients,16 had consumed the raw food,with an attack rate if 87.5%.The average incubation period was 5 days.The clinical manifestations included abdominal distention,diarrhea and obvious elevation of peripheral leukocytes and eosinophil percentage.Epidemiological analysis confirmed the cause of this acute paragonimiasis outbreak was raw freshwater crabs.
