摘  要:本文报道2008年山西省农科院"4.11"钴源意外照射事故中5名受照者的生物剂量估算及照后一年的细胞遗传学随访观察结果。除采用常规双着丝粒体+环进行生物剂量估算外,对其中1例大剂量受照者选用本实验室拟合的6~22Gy60Coγ射线剂量-效应曲线进行剂量估算,同时对骨髓与外周血淋巴细胞的估算结果进行比对。照后一年随访,除了观察染色体非稳定性畸变及微核率以外,还进行了G-显带核型分析与剂量重建。结果表明:5名受照者中,1例受照剂量达到肠型放射病水平,其他4例生物剂量在中度至重度骨髓型急性放射病水平。骨髓与外周血检测结果十分接近。照后一年随访发现,3名受检者的双+环等非稳定性畸变丢失接近50%,占据畸变主要部分的是以易位为主的稳定性畸变,畸变率及复杂畸变均与受照剂量呈明显的正相关。用稳定性畸变重建的剂量与照后早期用双+环估算的剂量结果较为相近。继山东济宁事故后,本次事故对大剂量照射的生物剂量估算方法进行了又一次实际验证。The bio-dose estimation in 5 victims and follow-up observation 1 year after accidentally exposed to 60 Co source in Taiyuan are reported in this paper.In addition to conventional bio-dose estimation method using chromosomal dicentric+ring,6~22 Gy 60 Co γ-ray dose-effect curve established by our laboratory was used for estimation in victim A who were overexposed.A comparison between results of bone marrow and peripheral blood was made.In one year follow-up study after exposure,G-banded karyotype analysis and dose reconstruction were made besides chromosome aberration and Cyt-B micronuclei count.The results showed that dose to victim A reach the level of intestine-type ARS and other 4 victims up to moderate and severe bone marrow-type ARS.The dose results of bone marrow and blood are similar.One year follow-up observation after exposure indicated that unstable aberrations had dropped to 50% and stable aberrations were predominant.The positive correlation is found between frequency of complex aberration and exposure dose.The doses reconstructed by stable aberrations were very close to doses estimated by dic+r early stage after exposure.The bio-dose estimation method of over-exposure was again validated in this accident follwing Jining "4.11".
