摘　　要：目的了解电脑骨创伤治疗仪联合下肢关节恢复器(continuous passive motion,CPM)治疗下肢骨折后膝关节功能恢复的效果。方法收集62例下肢骨折患者,按入院先后顺序分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,两组一般康复方法和使用下肢关节恢复器(CPM)方法基本相同,而治疗组在骨折处加用电脑骨创伤治疗仪进行治疗。结果两组患者膝关节活动度均有改善,而治疗组效果更明显。结论 电脑骨创伤治疗仪联合下肢关节恢复器(CPM)方法可提高下肢骨折膝关节功能恢复。Objective To understand the instrument with a computer bone wound healing lower extremity joints Restorer（CPM）treatment of lower limb functional recovery after fracture of the effect of knee joint.Methods According to the order selected 62 cases of hospitalized patients with lower limb fracture were divided into treatment group 32 cases and the control group 30 cases,two general rehabilitation treatment methods and the use of CPM was basically the same,while the treatment group,plus a computer in the fracture of bone trauma treatment instrument for treatment.Results The activities in patients with knee and efficacy were improved,while the treatment group was evident.Conclusions Computer CPM bone trauma treatment instrument combined treatment can improve the efficacy of lower limb fracture functional recovery of the knees.
