摘 要:目的:探讨铁椆果实和树叶抗运动性艪偷墓πА7椒ǎ河门ǘ任?200mg/mL铁椆果实和树叶的提取液,给实验组小鼠连续灌胃21d后,测定其负重游泳时间;检测运动小鼠血中尿素氮(BUN)和肝糖原含量,研究铁椆果实和树叶提取液抗运动性艪妥饔谩=峁禾鷹故饕短崛?液极显著地延长小鼠的游泳时间,两种提取液均显著提高小鼠血中肝糖原的含量,显著降低血中尿素氮的含量。Objective:To study the effect of the fruit and leaf of Cyclobalanopsis glauca.Methods:Adopted the method for pouring into stomach,irrigationed stomach for 200 mg/mL level of extraction of liquid from the fruit and leaf of Cyclobalanopsis glauca to the experimental small rats.After continuous 21 days,test the exhaustive swimming time of mice,urea nitrogen and liver glycogen content after exercise,researching the the anti exercise fatigue effect of extraction of liquid from the fruit and leaf of Cyclobalanopsis glauca.Results:extraction of liquid from leaf of Cyclobalanopsis glauca could significantly prolonged exhaustive swimming timev of samll rats,the glycogen content was significantly increased and urea nitrogen content was heavily reduced.Conclusion:the fruit and leaf of Cyclobalanopsis glauca has the anti-exercise fatigue effect.
