摘  要:建立了粮谷中12种有机氯农药多残留的分析方法。样品以乙腈为提取溶剂,利用振荡方法提取,提取液经C18柱和Carb-NH2柱净化,然后采用气相色谱/质谱-选择离子检测模式进行分析。实验采用保留时间以及特征离子的丰度比定性,采用峰面积外标法定量,制作了12种有机氯农药的标准工作曲线。不同浓度水平的添加回收率实验表明,12种有机氯农药的添加回收率为77%-107%,相对标准偏差小于15%,检测限均能达到0.001mg/kg。实验证明,该方法是一种快速、准确、灵敏度高且能够同时检测粮谷类农药多残留的检测方法。A multi-residue analytical method for the simultaneous determination of organochlorine pesticides in cereal grains was developed.Organochlorine pesticides were extracted from samples with acetonitrile by oscillation,and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Organochlorine pesticides were quantified by area-external standard method and confirmed by their retention time,their qualifier and target ions,and their qualifier/target abundance ratios.Recovery studies were performed at 0.010 mg/kg,0.025 mg/kg,and 0.050 mg/kg spiked levels of each organochlorine pesticide,and the recoveries obtained ranged from 77% to 107% with relative standard deviations less than 15%.The detection limits of the method for all the organochlorine pesticides were under 0.001 mg/kg.The results show that the method developed is sensitive and reliable.
