摘　　要：以《大学计算机信息技术教程》为例,提出用11元属性来描述课程知识概念,进而构建课程知识本体。在分析了FAQ库中常见问题/答案的特征与课程知识本体隐含的规律的基础上,提出了一种基于课程知识本体的自动构建FAQ库的方法。该方法构建的FAQ库具有很强的知识逻辑性,并具有快速、准确、实用等优点,能很好地支持答疑系统智能化实现。FAQ database in the distance question answering system plays an essential role in helping students solve course-related problems and providing learning support.Traditionally,the questions and answers were manually collected,resulting in low efficiency,incompleteness and subjectiveness.Taking 'A Course in University Information Technology'as an example,the authors propose eleven attributes to depict course concepts and construct the semantic network of course ontology.A method of creating FAQ database automatically is developed based on the relevance of nodes in the semantic network.Verification of the method indicates that it is rapid,accurate,and practical,and can support the realization of intelligent question answering system.
