强化全营养乳对环磷酰胺致突变和移植性肿瘤的抑制作用

摘　　要：以小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验评价了强化全营养乳（ＦｏｒｔｉｆｉｅｄＦｕｌＮｕｔｒｉｔｉｏｎａｌＭｉｌｋ，ＦＦＮＭ）抑制间接诱变剂环磷酰胺（Ｃｙｃｌｏｐｈｏｓｐｈａｍｉｄｅ，ＣＰ）的诱变作用，并观察了ＦＦＮＭ对小鼠移植性Ｓ１８０肉瘤、艾氏腹水癌（ＥｈｒｌｉｃｈＡｓｃｉｔｅｓＣａｒｃｉｎｏｍａ，ＥＡＣ）及可移植性小鼠膀胱癌ＢＳＴ７３９生长的影响。结果表明，预防性给予ＦＦＮＭ可以明显抑制ＣＰ引起的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核形成，说明ＦＦＮＭ对化学诱变剂引起的染色体断裂有一定保护作用，具有抗突变作用。ＦＦＮＭ对皮下移植Ｓ１８０和ＢＳＴ７３９所形成的实体肿瘤的生长具有一定的抑制作用，而未能延长移植ＥＡＣ动物的存活期。该乳制品在肿瘤病人中的作用，值得进一步研究。The mice bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE) micronucleus test in vivo to check the antimutagenic effect of fortified full nutritional milk (FFNM) on mutagenicity induced by cyclophosphamide (CP) was carried out and anticarcinogenic potentials of FFNM on transplanted sarcoma S 180 , bladder carcinoma and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma in mice were tested. The experimental results indicated that FFNM with preventive administration significantly inhibited CP induced bone marrow micronucleus formation in mice, which suggest that FFNM exhibited a protective effect on mutagen induced chromosomal breakage, i.e. it have a antimutagenic action. In addition, to a certain degree, FFNM might inhibit growth of transplanted substantive tumor. These results suggested that FFNM might be of potential value in its clinical applications.
