摘  要:针对目前煤矿井下各水泵房控制系统相对独立的控制现状,设计了一种煤矿井下多水平泵房联合智能控制系统,通过工业以太网建立井下各水平泵房PLC控制器主从站的联系,对各泵房水位进行控制,并建立了矿井涌水及水泵调度模糊控制模型,运用移峰填谷的水泵运行调度策略,通过WinCC Web Navigator对水泵的运行状况进行Web发布,实现了整个矿井各水平泵房的科学统一管理。In view of the independent control of each water pump station in the underground colliery,a kind of intelligent combination drainage system integrating multiple pump stations at various underground depth was designed.Communication between PLC controller of master station and that of slave station was established by industrial ethernet to regulate the liquid level of each pump station.In addition,fuzzy control model for underground water flux and commanding of pump stations was built,and load peak shifting strategy was used to command the operation of pumps.The operation of pumps was issued on Web by WinCC Web Navigator so as to realize the scientif ic and unif ied management of all pump stations at various underground depths in collieries.
