摘  要:介绍了CAF气浮—水解酸化—SBR工艺处理油脂精炼加工废水的工艺设计和运行效果。该工艺具有处理效果好、能耗低、易管理等特点。在进水CODCr为13 000 mg/L,BOD5为7 000 mg/L,SS为600 mg/L,总磷为30 mg/L,油脂为400 mg/L的条件下,经过本系统处理后,平均出水CODCr小于150 mg/L,BOD5小于50 mg/L,SS小于120 mg/L,总磷小于0.5 mg/L,油脂小于2 mg/L,出水水质达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的Ⅱ级标准。The process of CAF flotation - hydrolyzation & acidification - SBR process was adopted to treat the wastewater from oil refining. The design and performance of this facility were presented. This process was effective for pollutant removal and had advantages of low energy consumption and easy control. Under normal conditions,when the influent CODCr, BOD5, SS,TP and oils were 13 000 mg/L,7 000 mg/L, 600 mg/L, 30 rag/L, 400 mg/L, the effluent CODer, BODs, SS, TP and oils were less than 150 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 120 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L, 2 mg/L, which met the secondary discharge standard of GB 8978 - 1996.
