摘  要:游梁式抽油机用量大,能耗高,其工作效率一直受到广泛关注。曲柄转矩是影响抽油机效率的关键因素之一,与结构参数密切相关。采用ADAMS机械系统动力学仿真软件建立了游梁式抽油机的虚拟样机,以此为基础针对影响曲柄转矩的2个因素,即曲柄轴位置和连杆销孔位置,开展了虚拟试验研究。研究结果对游梁式抽油机的结构设计和改进具有指导意义。The beam pumping unit is the most popular oil production machine in the oil field.Its efficiency has been concerned widely,because of their great quantity and high energy consumption.The torque of crank,one of the most important influential factors on efficiency,is acting in close coordination with parameters of structure.Virtual prototype of beam pumping unit is built by means of ADAMS,which is one of the most famous dynamic analysis software for mechanical systems.Based on the virtual prototype,two affecting factors on the torque of crank,the location of crank shaft and the location of pinhole of links,are experimentally studied virtually.The results of the study are of guiding significance to structural design and improvement for beam pumping units.
