摘　　要：以珠三角地区7个地市的11个专业镇的企业为样本,通过定量对网络关系强度影响集群企业合作创新问题的实证研究表明:集群企业开展合作创新活动的机率主要受其与高校及科研机构、金融机构、同行企业、中介机构的网络关系强度的正向影响,其中,集群企业与高校及科研机构的网络关系强度对其开展合作创新的机率具有最显著正向影响;集群企业合作创新活动的产出水平主要受其与上下游企业、同行企业、高校及科研机构的网络关系强度的正向影响,同时受其与金融机构的网络关系强度的负向影响,其中,集群企业与上下游企业的网络关系强度对其创新产出水平具有最显著积极的影响。Based on the research of microcosmic characteristics of 11 clusters network of 7 cities in Pearl River Delta,this paper studied on the influence of the strength of networks relationship to enterprise cooperative innovation of clusters and came to the following conclusions：The strength of networks relationship between enterprise and its competitors,university/research institution,medium institution and financing institution,has a positive impact on cooperative frequency of enterprise clusters.Among them,the strength of ties between enterprise and university/research Institution has the strongest positive impact on cooperative frequency of enterprise clusters.The strength of networks relationship between enterprise and its suppliers or customers,its competitors and university/research institution,has a positive impact on enterprise innovation level.Among them,the strength of ties between enterprise and its suppliers or customers has the strongest positive impact on enterprise innovation level.However,the strength of networks relationship between enterprise and financial institution has a dispositive impact on enterprise innovation level.
