摘　　要：会议文献开放资源采集与服务系统在调研会议文献开放资源的数量、类型、发布形式、用户需求的基础上,制定了会议文献开放资源的遴选标准、采集方案和流程,实现了对会议文献开放资源的采集、标引、组织、保存和服务。Based on the investigation of the quantity,type and distribution of and user need for open conference literatures,the acquisition and service system of open conference literatures establishes the selection standard and the acquisition scheme and process of open conference literatures to realize the acquisition,index,organization,preservation and service of open conference literatures.
