摘　　要：在旅游六要素中,食居其首,可见饮食在旅游中的重要性。广西是我国少数民族人口最多的省区,有着丰富的民族饮食文化旅游资源,如何使民族饮食文化与旅游互动发展,是一个非常值得研究的问题。在展示广西丰富的民族饮食文化特色的同时,提出了加强民族饮食文化研究、重视培养民族饮食文化人才、推进民族饮食与旅游业的结合、走民族饮食现代化之路、开发医疗保健民族饮食产品、注重广西民族饮食文化品牌的建设等建议。Food plays an important role in tourism activities.Guangxi,the province with the most minority population in China,has rich ethnic food culture tourism resources,so it is of great value to develop ethnic food culture and tourism interactively.Revealing the characteristics of Guangxi ethnic food culture,the paper gave some suggestions on how to give a further research,foster the talented persons,combine ethnic food culture and tourism industry,develop medical healthy ethnic food products,build up the brand of ethnic food culture in Guangxi,etc.
