摘  要:以20个大杯香菇品种和辐射选育新株系为材料,对22个品质性状其进行了相关和主成分分析。结果表明,遗传变异系数最大的品质性状为SOD活性(47.16%),其次为胱氨酸含量(44.33%),再次为MDA含量(44.12%),第四为PPO活性(43.89%),变异系数最小为缬草氨酸含量(4.89%);子实体中的各种氨基酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、细胞保护酶活性和MDA含量之间均存在一定的相关性,部分性状间相关性达显著至极显著。主成分分析结果表明,22个性状可以缩减为7个主成分,遗传变异贡献率大小分别为37.82%、18.07%、13.14%、9.80%、6.02%、4.94%和2.67%,7个主成分累积贡献率达92.47%。由此可见,在品质性状选择上,首先对遗传变异大的性状进行选择是非常重要的。在品种和辐射选育新株系选择时,应注意选择甲硫氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量和CAT活性较高的品种,这样才能比较容易获得综合品质性状优良的新品种。Based on 20 strains and new radiated mutants of Lentinus giganteu,the correlations and main components of 22 characters were analyzed.The results showed that SOD activity(47.16%) exhibited the highest genetic variation coefficient,followed by cystine content(44.33%),MDA content(44.12%) and PPO activity(43.89%),while the lowest genetic variation coefficient was observed in valine content(4.89%).A certain correlation existed among different amino acid contents,soluble protein contents,activities of cell protection enzymes and MDA contents,and the correlations in some characters reached significant or very significant levels.The main components analysis showed that the 22 characters could be divided into 7 main components,of which the genetic variance contribution rates were 37.82%,18.07%,13.14%,9.80%,6.02%,4.94%,and 2.67% respectively,and the accumulated contribution rate reached 92.47%.It means that it is critical to choose quality characters with large genetic variation in mushroom breeding.The ones with high methionine,soluble protein contents,and high CAT activity would be the potential ones with excellent comprehensive characters.
