摘　　要：为实现高速公路联网收费系统中人员的登录控制和权限管理,以及交易数据的安全处理,分析了建立证书认证系统的重要性,提出了证书认证系统的逻辑和网络架构,并对认证系统的功能进行了全面分析。最后,给出了收费系统中证书的应用模式。To effectively control the operators＇ identity,privilege and security of transaction data in highway charging system,the significance of building a certification system is analyzed.The logical and networking frames of the certification system are proposed and their functions are analyzed.At last,the applying modes of certificates in charging system are introduced.
