摘　　要：在分析试验压机控制系统的工作原理以及控制系统的功能需求的基础上,给出了基于ATmega128单片机试验压机智能控制系统的软件设计方法。智能控制系统由系统运行状态实时监控模块、数据采集模块、模拟量输出模块、数据存储模块、人机接口模块组成。通过软件程序使上述模块协同工作,系统能精确按照设定压力自动执行,控制精度高,稳定性好。其次,采用先进的串口通信触摸屏技术,使人机交互更加便捷、压机试验过程的重要数据通过实时曲线和历史曲线展现给用户。By analyzing the principle of testing press machine control system and the function requirement,the software platform design method of intelligent control system based on the ATmega128 MCU is given.This intelligent control system is composed of real-time monitoring and control of running status module,data acquisition module,analog data output module,data storage module and human-machine interface module.These modules can work with together through software program and the control system can accurately process in accordance with the setting pressure.By using the advanced serial communication methods between MCU and touch screen ,it makes human-machine interface more convenient.At the same time the important data of testing process is given by real-time curve and history process curve.
