芎归滴丸中阿魏酸的定性定量分析

摘　　要：本文报道了以薄层层析法对芎归滴丸所含川芎，当归中的主要成分进行定性鉴别，并建立了用薄层扫描法测定芎归滴丸中阿魏酸的含量，平均回收率为９８．６５％，ＲＳＤ＝２．９２％。方法简便，结果准确。This paper reports a TLC method for identifying major components of xionggui dropping pills which are composed ofLigusticum Chuanxiong Hort and Amgeliea Sinensis(Oliv) Diels. The content of ferulic acid in Xionggui dropping pills was also de-termined by TLC - scanning method. The average recovery was 98. 65% (RSD =2. 92% ) . This method is simple and the results areaccurate.
