摘　　要：外来文化的快速进入及商业化操作模式的影响,使远程教育文化缺失现象日趋明显。要消解远程教育工具性与人文性的二元对立,文化选择应贯穿远程教育全过程,即要靠文化的力量,准确认识远程教育对象;深刻理解媒体技术;整体协调教育内容、方法,建立起新的适应信息时代要求的远程教育文化。The cultural absence in long-distance education is increasingly foregrounded due to the influx of foreign culture and the commercialization of long-distance education. In order to clear up the binary opposition between the instrumental property and humanity in long-distance education, we should make cultural selections all through the process of long-distance educational program. We should rely on the power of culture to decide on the objects of long-distance education, adjust the educational content and methods, and establish a new long-distance educational mode fit for the information age.
