摘 要:为探讨脑卒中患者甲状腺激素的变化及其临床意义.应用放免法测定71例急性脑卒中患者甲状腺激素水平.结果表明,无论是脑出血组还是脑梗塞组,急性期T_3、FT_3明显低于对照组(P<0.001),而T_4、FT_4,及TSH明显高于对照组,各项指标变化以脑出血组最为明显.神经功能缺损程度越重者,各项指标改变越明显.出血量<30ml或梗塞面积<20cm^2时,变化不明显,若出血量>30ml或梗塞面积>20cm^2时,T_3、FT_3与其呈负相关,而T_4、FT_4,其呈正相关,证明脑卒中过程中甲状腺激素变化在一定程度上反映了疾病的轻重程度。The levels of thyroid hormones in 71 cases with stroke were determined by radioimmunoassy. The result showed that the levels of T3,FTs were markedly lower in patients than in controls, and T4,FT4,TSH were significantly higher in patients. Levels of thyroid hormones were significant changes in cerebral hemorrhage. The size of lesions had negative correlation with T3 and FT3 but positive with T4 and FT4 when the volume of hemorrhage was more than 30mL or the area of infarction more than 20cm2.Another result showed that levels of T4,FT4,TSH were decreased significantly and T3,FT3 was increase significantly after treatment. We concluded that there was outstanding relationship between severity of stroke and levels of thyriod hormones.
