摘　　要：目的:探讨经颅多普勒对高血压患者的价值。方法:运用经颅多普勒观察106例各期高血压患者的颅内动脉血流动力学改变。结果:106例中,88例颅内动脉供血异常,包括颅内动脉痉挛、扩张、硬化;14例椎-基底动脉供血异常,4例为正常。结论:通过经颅多普勒的检测,可了解高血压引起的脑血管的血流动力学改变,了解其病变程度,对临床诊治提供依据。Objective： Discussing the value of transcranial color doppler for hypertension.Methods：Use of transcranial color Doppler to observe the changes of intracranial arterial hemodynamics for 106 cases of Hypertension in every periods.Results： 106 cases of Hypertension patients, of which 88 eases had intracranial artery abnormalities, including intraeranial arterial spasm, expansion, harden; 14 cases had vertebral - basilar artery abnormalities, 4 cases were normal.Conclusion： Detection by transcranial color doppler, we can find hypertension-induced changes of cerebral vascular hemodynamics, understand the extent of disease, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
