清开灵注射液治疗银屑病的疗效观察及心理护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨清开灵注射液治疗银屑病的疗效及心理护理问题。方法:选择126例进行期寻常型银屑病患者分为2组。治疗组66例,采用清开灵注射液静点,口服阿维A胶囊,叶酸片口服,外用尿素软膏治疗。对照组60例,用药除不用清开灵外,其余用药均与治疗组相同。结果:治疗组总有效率95.5%,对照组总有效率6 6.67%,2组有显著差异(p<0.01)。结论:清开灵治疗银屑病疗效满意,治疗过程中做好心理护理,密切观察及时处理,能愉悦患者心情,缩短病程。Objective： This thesis investigated the problem of treating psoriatic effect and mental nursing by Qingkailing injection.Methods： Putting up the treatment group and the control group from the active stage psoriasis vulgaris 126 cases. The control group（60 cases） was treated by taking Aeitretin capsules and Folic acid tablets orally, external using Urea ointment, the treatment group （66 cases） was used same method besides Qingkailing injection.Results：The treatment group＇s total effective rate was 95.50%, the control group＇s total effective rate was 66.67% .As compared with the control group, the treatment group had significance distinction （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： It was satisfactory to treat psoriasis by Qingkailing injection, it would shorten pathogenesis through mental nursing ,observing closely and treating promptly.
