半枝莲多糖对HepA荷瘤小鼠抑癌基因表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探明半枝莲多糖对HepA瘤组织Rb、P16基因表达的影响。方法:运用SP免疫组化染色技术及多媒体彩色病理图文分析系统测定HepA瘤细胞中Rb、P16基因蛋白的表达量。结果:半枝莲多糖组、猪苓多糖组中Rb、P16基因蛋白的表达量均显著高于荷瘤组(P<0.01),半枝莲多糖组与猪苓多糖组无显著性差异。结论:半枝莲多糖可通过升高抑癌基因Rb、P16的蛋白表达,而抑制HepA瘤细胞的增殖。Objective：To study the effect of SBPS on Rb, P 16 gene expression in HepA tumour.Methods：Immunohistoehemieal staining and ISH were used to determine the effect of SBPS on Rb, P16 protein expression in mouse HepA tumor.Reaults：The average levels of Rb and P16 expression in SBPS group and PUPS group have much difference with control group. That is to say, SBPS and PUPS can significantly reduce the expression of Rb and P 16 expression in HepA cells.Conclusion：Regulating the Rb and P 16 oneogene expression the mechanisms of antitumor activity.
