摘　　要：目的对降香挥发油进行包合,以减少损失。方法采用正交设计法,以综合评分为考察指标对影响降香挥发油包合的因素进行优选。结果最佳包合条件为,挥发油∶β-CD用量(V∶W)=1∶8,在60℃下搅拌2 h。结论最佳包合工艺具有较好的重现性。Objective To study the suitable condition for inclusion of volatile oil from odorifera,for reducing the loss of volatile oil.Methods With the synthetical value as index,the orthogonal design method was applied to investigate the inclusion condition.Results The optimal in-clusion conditions were found to be volatile oil volume（mL） ：β-cyclodextrin（g） = 1： 8,the inclusion process should be carried out for 2 h under 60 ℃.Conclusion The repetition rate is very good in the repetition experiments.
