数控皮革裁剪机裁割运动控制系统研究及其实现

摘　　要：针对当前数控单层皮革裁剪机不适用于多层皮革的自动裁割,且效率较低,难以推广等问题,提出了多层数控皮革裁剪机裁割运动控制系统的软硬件总体结构设计方案;该方案根据多层数控皮革裁剪机的工作原理及其裁刀的运动特点,采用切向智能跟随运动控制插补算法,并基于固高运动控制器的控制平台,以VC++为软件开发工具,实现了其运动控制系统软件的开发,该运动控制系统在多层皮革裁剪机上试运行中,刀具切割皮革平滑,速度快,系统软件和硬件设计合理可行,具有一定的工程应用价值。Aimed at the low efficiency and not easy promote to apply , the single cnc leather--cut machine is not fit to the more layer leather cutting, the frame of the whole hard ware and soft ware design Program to the more layer cnc leather--cut has been proposed, this program according to the works principle of the more layer leather cutting machine and its cutter montion features, the tangent following con- trol interpolation algorithms are adopted. Based on the GT motion control platform and with the use o{ the VCq--~ tool, the motion control system has been realized. The motion control system works on the more layer one leather--cut with the feature of cutting smoothly and high speed which indicates that the design of hardware and software is reasonable and feasible, and has some engineering value.
