摘　　要：行动研究是近年来国外发展起来的一种教学理论研究方法，它强调教师作为研究者从教学实践中发现问题并进行自我反思，是解决教学与研究脱节的有效手段之一。在综合英语基础阶段应用行动研究有助于教师深入了解教学中存在的问题，分析问题、解决问题并反思问题，从而有效地引导学生完成“过渡期”的综合英语学习。Action research is a research method in the field of instructional theory lately developed overseas. As one of the effective ways to solve the problem that teaching practice is divorced from theory, action research stresses that teachers are researchers themselves who find out their own teaching problems and then reflect them on. The application of action research in the first - year comprehensive english class teaching will help teachers know their teaching problems, analyse them, solve them and refect them on so as to direct students to effectively study the course in the ＂Transition Period＂.
