摘  要:介绍了用尼龙、丁腈橡胶、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛改性酚醛树脂作基体以沥青碳纤维为增强材料制作摩擦复合材料的制备方法,并测试了三种材料的摩擦、磨损和冲击性能。结果表明,前两种优于后者,其中丁腈橡胶改性的材料在高温(300℃)下摩擦系数无衰减。The preparation of the modified phenolic resins with nylong, butadiene nitrile rubber and polyvinyl butyral used respectively as the matrices of the composite friction materials was introduced. The performance of these friction materials were tested. The test result showed that the first two types were better than the last one, in which the friction coefficient of the modified friction material prepared by butadiene nitrile rubber had no attenuation at a temperature as high as 300 ℃.
