摘 要:"高职高专英语类专业设置规范"体现了社会对高职高专英语类专业设置与教学质量的要求,对统一、规范和提高英语类专业教学质量具有重要意义。该专业设置规范涉及六大要素:目标要素、内容要素、条件要素、时间要素、评价要素和管理要素。本文对这些要素进行了解释和分析,并根据我国各地经济发展水平差异较大的实际情况,提出在执行专业设置规范时要遵循"职业性与学科性相结合、稳定性与灵活性相结合、多样性与规范性相统一"的原则。The criteria for higher vocational colleges' English major setup represents the social demand on the setup itself and the quality of education, thereby having the important meaning for the unification and regulation of English major setup, and the quality improvement of English education in higher vocational colleges. There are six elements involved in the English major setup: target, content, condition, time, evaluation and administration. The explanation and analysis for these elements are provided in this thesis. Moreover, based on the practical situation that different districts in China differ greatly in the economy development level, the principles of "3 combinations" have been put forward, that is, "the combination between vocational and academic education, the combination between stability and flexibility and the combination between diversity and standardization" , which need to be followed in the implement of English major criteria.
