摘 要:本文以中药制药废水为对象,探讨了IC(Intermittent Cycle)工艺在基质降解的同时,其生物除磷的能力,各种因素对生物磷、氮去除的影响,以及工艺条件和机理。与传统活性污泥法相比,IC系统是一种更紧凑、更高效的生物处理工艺。它的出水能满足基质、N和P同时脱除的要求。在试验所选择的最佳条件下,即,BOD_5/P≥50、DO≥3.0mg/L碱度>100mg/L,其BOD_5、总P和总N的去除率,可分别达到98%、90%和85%。Wastewater from a pharmaceutical factory preparing traditional Chinese medicines was used as substrate. While degradation of substrate by IC (Intermittent Cycle) technology was examined the ability of biological removal of phosphorus and nitrogen, technological conditions and mechanism were also studied. Experiments showed that in comparison with the traditional activated sludge approach, IC system represented a more compact and potent technology of biological treatment. The treated water met the requirement of removing substrate, N .and P simultaneously. Under operational conditions of optimized design (BOD_5P>50, DO>3.0mg/l, alkality>100mg/l), the removal rates of BOD_5, total P and total N reached 98%, 90% and 85% respectively.
