摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的诊断、治疗及预后。方法收集本院1990年1月至2008年5月共10例卵巢NHL的手术、化疗及放疗等相关完整的临床资料。结果 10例均获随访,最长存活5年,最短9个月,中位总生存时间为26个月。结论卵巢NHL临床上容易误诊,认识其临床特征,尽早采取综合治疗,可以延长患者的生存期。Objective To explore the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the ovarian non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma （NHL）. Methods From January 1990 to May 2008, 10 patients with ovarian NHL had received therapy as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results Ten patients had been followed up till death. The median survival time was 26 months （range 9 months to 5 years）. Conclusion There is easy to misdiagnose for ovarian NHL in clinic, awareness of their clinical features as soon as possible to adopt a multimodality therapy, which prolong survival time of patients with ovarian NHL.
