Fas相关磷酸酯酶-1在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究Fas相关磷酸酯酶-1(FAP-1)在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达及其在肿瘤细胞增殖和凋亡中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测40例肝细胞肝癌、15例癌旁肝硬化和10例正常肝组织标本中FAP-1蛋白的表达水平并进行分析。结果:FAP-1在肝细胞肝癌组织中的阳性表达率为70%,而在癌旁肝硬化和正常肝组织中均未见表达。肝细胞肝癌组织中FAP-1的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无明显差异(P>0.05);但与分化程度、转移有关,肿瘤分化越低,阳性率越高(P<0.05),转移组的阳性率高于无转移组(P<0.05)。结论:FAP-1在肝细胞肝癌组织中广泛表达,且在临床有转移和病理分化低的组织中表达增高;表明FAP-1是凋亡抑制因子,并且可能促进了癌细胞异常增殖。Objective： To investigate the expression of Fas associated phosphatase-1（FAP-1） in hepatocellular carcinoma and to investigate the relationship between its expression and biologic behavior of the tumor.Methods： Immunohistochemical SP method was employed to detect the expression of FAP-1 in hepatic cirrhosis tissues beside tumors（15 cases）,hepatocellular carcinoma （40 cases） and the normal controls（10 cases）.Results： The positive expression rate of FAP-1 was 70% in hepatocellular carcinoma.But the expression of FAP-1 was negative in normal tissues and hepatic cirrhosis tissues beside tumors.In hepatocellular carcinoma,the expression of FAP-1 was not significant statistically associated with patient＇s sex,age,and the volume of tumor,but were markedly associated with tumor pathological grades and metastasis（both P〈0.05）.Conclusion： FAP-1 is widely overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma,and its expression is associated with tumor pathological grades and metastasis.FAP-1 may be the apoptosis inhibitory factor and may promote cancer cell proliferation.
