摘  要:目的:评价外形因素(C因素)对纤维桩与树脂之间粘接强度的影响。方法:根据所用树脂不同,将30支纤维桩分为3组,每组再分为2个亚组,分别采用传统方法同树脂粘接或应用一种仿根管模具后与树脂粘接。对粘接完成的试件进行微抗拉粘接强度测试。结果:应用仿根管模具后,纤维桩与树脂间的粘接强度明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:外形因素对纤维桩的粘接强度具有显著影响,应用仿根管模具进行纤维桩的粘接强度测试更具参考价值。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Configuration factor(C-factor) on fiber post-resin composite bonding.Methods: Thirty fiber posts were divided into three groups according to different resin composites.For each group,half of the fiber posts bonded to resin composites in the artificial post space of mould,the others bonded to resin composites by conventional method.After luting,specimens were sectioned and subjected to micro-tensile bond strength test.Results: The bond strength values of specimens with mould during luting were significantly lower than those without mould for all groups(P 0.05).Conclusion: The effect of C-factor has a significant influence on bond strength between fiber post and resin composite,and the new luting method used in this study could provide more rational information on fiber post bond strength test.
