摘　　要：选择患有各型牙髓炎的前牙、前磨牙和磨牙200例,采用ProTaper机用镍钛锉250～300 r/min,结合阿替卡因局麻采用冠向下法预备根管后,牙胶尖加碧兰糊剂充填根管完成根管治疗。记录根管治疗完成后1、7、14 d患者的疼痛反应情况。200例中术后1 d中重度疼痛的发生率为4%,7 d中重度疼痛发生率0.5%,14 d中重度疼痛发生率为0。采用ProTaper机用镍钛锉结合复方盐酸阿替卡因局麻行一次法根管治疗术,可以减少复诊次数和术后疼痛,值得推广。To observe the effect of one step root canal therapy（RCT） by Protaper nickel-titanium file under local anesthesia by articaine.Two hundred anterior teeth and premolar teeth suffered from endodontitis were selected.All the teeth＇s root canals were prepared with Step back technique,and RCT was performed in one step by Protaper nickel-titanium file.Then all the canal obturation were made by gutta percha point and Cortisomol oxpara.All the therapies were under local anesthesia by articaine.All the patient＇s pain reaction were observed in one day,7 days and 14 days after therapies respectively.Four percent patient suffered pain reaction in one day after therapies and 0.5 percent patient had the same symptom 7 days after therapies.14 days after therapies no pain reaction was observed in all patient.It was a recommended therapy method to do one step RCT by Protaper nickel-titanium file under local anesthesia by articaine.
