摘　　要：“工学结合”、“教、学、做”合一，是“知识、能力和素质三位一体”的教育思想的体现，是基于工作过程的“教、学、做”一体化的项目教学模式。在教学过程中，校企联合，引进企业文化精神，引进企业的管理模式来加强学生的素养培养，培养了学生良好的工作习惯。将职业资格证书嵌入到课程体系，为学生的创业和就业拓宽了门路。＂combining work with study ＂,＂teaching,learning and doing＂ is one,＂knowledge,ability and quality are trinity＂ embodiment of Education,based on the working process of ＂teaching,leaming,doing＂integration project teaching.In the teaching process,school-enterprise cooperation,the introduction of the spirit of enterprise culture,the introduction of enterprise management model to enhance student literacy training,training the students good work habits.The vocational qualification certificate system embedded into the curriculum for students of business and employment opportunities broadened.
