离体黏结加即刻回植治疗前牙残根纵折1例

摘　　要：前牙残根发生纵折在临床上大都予以拔除,然后进行义齿或种植牙修复。该文报道1例纵折的上颌前牙残根采用将牙根拔除后于体外黏结、然后即刻回植加后期全冠修复进行治疗,经3年随访观察患牙牙周组织健康,可正常咀嚼食物。Residual roots of anterior teeth with vertical fracture are usually extracted and restored by pros- thodontie methods or dental implants. The present paper reports a case of vertical fracture in residual root of maxillary anterior teeth. The tooth was pulled out and the two fractured parts were adhered in vitro, immediately replanted and followed by full crown restoration in later stage. The ease was followed up for 3 years after treatment. At 3-year follow -up, periodontal tissue of the tooth was healthy and it could chew normally with ordinary food.
