摘　　要：例1女,27岁,左小腿紫红色斑疹、结节25年,增大1个月;例2女,9岁,右小腿棕黑色结节1个月。皮损组织病理均示表皮基本正常,真皮浅层血管不规则扩张,内皮细胞肿胀,部分呈鞋钉样突向管腔,部分血管附近可见含铁血黄素沉积。均诊断为靶样含铁血黄素沉积性血管瘤。予手术切除皮损,术后随访半年均未见复发。Case one was a 27-year-old woman, presented with left leg purple rash, nodules 25 years, increased 1 month; case 2 was a 9-years-old female, had brown-blaed nodule on right lower leg for 1 month. Histopathology showed skin lesions were basically normal, superficial dermal blood vessels irregular expansion and swelling of endothelial cells, some kind of sudden spides to the lumen showed that some blood vessels visible near the hemosiderin deposition. Diagonsed targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma.
