青光眼患者生活体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的通过青光眼患者的真实故事,了解青光眼对人们生活和健康的影响。方法采用深度访谈法,收集13例个案的资料,应用现象学分析法进行分析。结果青光眼患者的生活体验有正性和负性两个方面。正性体验表现为:接受现实、寻求信息、寻求精神支持、情绪控制能力增强及独立与自理;负性体验表现为:不确定感、放弃和挫败感。结论青光眼患者的生活体验有其自身特点,医护人员可根据这一特点,激发其正性体验,帮助其应对负性体验。Objective To explore and understand the life experiences of patients with glaucoma. Methods A qualitative study was conducted on 13 patients with glaucoma using in-depth interviews. Verbatim transcripts of the interviews were analyzed using content analysis. Results Eight core categories involved positive and negative aspect of life experiences were identified. Positive experiences included accepting the reality,seeking information and emotional support,enhancement of emotional control and independence. The negative experiences were uncertainty in illness,giving up and frustration. Conclusion Participants described both positive and negative experiences while living with glaucoma. Healthcares should stimulate patient＇s positive experiences and also help them develop skills to handle negative experiences.
