摘 要:目的研究胚胎晚期暴露LPS对中年CD-1小鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响。方法利用Morris水迷宫任务检测胚胎晚期暴露LPS和暴露生理盐水的对照组13月龄CD-1小鼠的空间学习记忆能力。结果在定位航行实验中,LPS组的学习成绩显著低于对照组。在空间探索实验中,LPS组在目标象限所花时间或游泳距离的百分比显著低于对照组。结论胚胎晚期暴露LPS的CD-1小鼠经正常发育期后,到中年提早出现空间学习记忆能力减退。Objective To investigate the effects of late embryo exposed to LPS on the middle-aged spatial ability of learning and memory in CD-1 mice.Methods The effects of late embryo exposed to LPS and saline control group on spatial ability of learning and memory in 13-month-old CD-1 mice which was assessed by Morris water maze.Results In the place navigation test of MWM,the performance was improved with days,but there was a significantly worse performance in the LPS group compared to control group. In the probe test,the spatial memory ability of LPS group was significantly worse than that of the control group.Conclusion After a normal development,there is a early-onset age-related decline of the spatial ability of learning and memory in the middle-aged CD-1 mice with congenital LPS exposure in late stage of embryo.
