摘　　要：针对上海家化产品包装部ＰＤＭ系统的实施，对包装部人员的组成和职责进行了分析，并在此基础上建立了人员模型．通过人员模型的建立，明确了信息流动的方向和各级站点，建立了有序的产品信息流程，规范了各级人员的职责和权限，为工作流程和产品模型的建立提供了有效的支持．In this paper, in view of carrying out a PDM system in Packing Department of Shanghai Jiahua Corporation, we analyse the composition and the duty of the personnel in this department, on the basis of which we establish the personnel pattern. By establishing the personnel pattern, we make clear the direction and stations at different level of the information flow; we set up the process of product information in perfect order; we standardize the duty and authority of all personnel . All of these provide effective support for the establishment of work process and product model.
