摘 要:目的了解护理实习生的就业压力源及应对方式,为临床护理教学提供依据。方法采用护理实习生就业压力源调查问卷和应对方式问卷对22名本科和12名大专实习生进行调查。结果护理实习生就业压力源来自专业因素、个人因素、社会环境因素、学校因素及家庭因素,以社会环境因素最高;应对方式主要以解决问题为主,学生面对的压力源不同采用的应对方式不同,但普遍倾向于采用积极的应对方式。结论带教老师应了解学生的就业压力源及应对方式,更好地帮助学生减轻就业心理压力,积极应对就业困难。Objective To investigate employment stress and coping styles of nursing interns in order to provide a basis for clinical teaching.Methods Totally 34 nursing interns were investigated by using Nurses' Employment Stress Questionnaire and Nurses Coping Style Questionnaire.Results The employment stress of nursing interns included profession factor,personal factor,social environment factor,and college and family factor,among which the social environment factor was the highest.The students used different coping styles to solve different problems,but most of them faced the problems positively.Conclusion The teachers should know employment stress and coping styles of nursing students,provide psychological support for the students,and help the students face employment problems.
